Another couple of days should do it

I've nearly finished, and as the title says, another couple of days should finish it, then I'll be back into my rotation, and mostly done with presents. My only remaining present is my long term project for my mum, so I can get back to my own things for a while!

I've recently redesigned my rotation, meaning that I have priority 1, priority 2 and everything else, so some projects will work up more quickly than others. It's ridiculously complicated, but it works for me.
If you're interested my rotation now works like so:
A, B, C, D, A, E, F, G, A, B, C, D, A, G, H, I, A, B, C, D, A, J, K, L and so on. See, needlessly complicated, but works for me. If you're interested A is Dragon Rider, B, C and D are Heather, Cloudsfactory Calendar and Family Values, and everything else is everything else.
When A B C or D are completed, something else will get promoted to being a priority piece. I'm hoping it means that having priority projects will mean that I get to see more progress on those (well, of course it will, duh!), but it means that it'll be a longer time between each time I work on other projects. It's logical in my head. Having a basic rotation meant I was only working on each project once a year, so this way means more attention to some, but other might go a couple of years at the moment.
Happy Stitching all!

Interesting how you schedule your rotation! Good way to focus on what you want done without ignoring the rest of the hoard. It will feel good to get the gifts taken care of and the CF "eggs" are looking great~ :D

Nice progress. Your rotation does sound confusing but hey if it works for you. Looking forward to seeing all your projects.

The Star Wars piece is great.
Your rotation is interesting and I can see how it works to get the most popular pieces stitched on more often.
I am really a OAAT stitcher and prefer to work on one project until it's done. But I do have projects which I work on for one day a week or one weekend a month as well!

Yup, definitely a complicated rotation...but if it works for you then YAY!

Having just finished obligation stitching myself, I know how freeing it feels to be able to stitch on your own choice again!

Just interested to see how your rotation works when another "Must Start" project comes along :P

Well done on the nearly finish <3

I admire stitchers doing rotation, me, I just don't think I'll survive, haha. Great progress;)

Good luck with your new rotation. I have one priority piece, a couple of lesser priorities and then everything else, but I couldn't keep to such a strict rotation as you've designed. I really hope it works for you as I enjoy watching progress on ALL of your WIPs. :)

Star Wars is very cool!

I've tried a rotation like that and it didn't work for me but I hope you have alot better luck.

I've been thinking of doing some kind of rotation cos at the moment I'm just floundering and nothing seems to progress. I really hope this works for you and then you will inspire me LOL!
