Oh she's beautiful. I like the hat, but looking at the pattern I would change the color a bit. You did good on your goals though.
Congrats on finishing the outline! I don't think I could do that on my Mini Bookworm Fairy project. The chart is 15 pages. I'm afraid I would get so lost doing that.
